Thank you for visiting my page.

My name is Stephanie, but you can call me Steph. Over the past 24 years, I have gained qualifications and experience in healthcare, including pharmacy, herbal medicine, homeopathy, midwifery, lactation, Reiki Healing, mindfulness and counselling.

I trained and worked for the NHS from 2009 to 20015, supporting new parents and infants with feeding challenges on the postnatal ward. I learned a lot from these experiences, and I now combine traditional care with holistic therapies to provide comprehensive postnatal support to families.

I live in South West London with my two amazing children, who are now 20 and 13. In 2015, I founded Holistic Babies London after feeling frustrated with the care I could provide working in a busy NHS hospital. Since then, I have supported hundreds of families through pregnancy, birth and postnatal journeys. I have even had the privilege of returning to help them through their second or subsequent babies.

At Holistic Babies London, we offer something unique: a healthcare professional who will help you transition from hospital to home and parenthood, providing the support you need between visits from your community midwife or health visitor. Our team is here to answer any questions, provide reassurance, and refer you to the appropriate professional if necessary.
